WHAT WE DO

​

Certified Building Solutions Pty Ltd. performs the role of "Certifier" under the Building Act 2004 which was introduced by the ACT Government. This involves the assessment of projects against the Building Code of Australia and building regulations, inspection of work during construction to ensure compliance and, on completion of the work, the recommendation for the issue of a Certificate of Occupancy & Use. For single residential building projects, it also includes verifying whether the project is exempt from Development Approval.

There are specific responsibilities that a "Certifier" under the Building Act 2004 must satisfy. CBS has the skills and experience to satisfy those requirements while also providing efficient, competitive and high quality service to our clients. Our structure and experience enable us to provide either personalised service or a project team approach, depending on the needs and preferences of our clients. We have a track record of projects being completed in a timely manner, which has resulted in clients returning to use our services time and again.
